Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use, have been burned, or are missing packaging are not eligible for return.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Eau de Parfum and body oils (once opened)
- Room and linen mists (once opened)
- Candles that have been burned or lit
- Sale or discounted items
- Digital products or gift cards
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@marieshalo.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is late, please check with your bank before contacting us, as processing times vary.
